In the event should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance!
Any cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to forfeiture of deposit or being charged 50% of the scheduled services. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will forfeit deposit or being charged 50% of the scheduled services.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time you will be considered a No-Show, and forfeit any deposit or be charged 50% of your scheduled service.
I recognize the time of my clients and myself is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason.
In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, I recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability (online booking allows up to 90 days out!). To accommodate your desired appointment I do require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable.
By booking you are agreeing to these policies and authorizing me to charge your card for the deposit, as well as in the case of no show, or to charge for services rendered.
It is my mission to provide you with the highest-quality of products with your services. In fact, you may like these products so much that you wish to use them every day in your own home!
In the event you purchase any products while in the salon or online for home use and find them to be defective, I will exchange any defective products within 14 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented.
Any unopened products may be exchanged for another of equal value, or a credit can be issued to use towards services.
Unfortunately I cannot provide any refunds for opened products for any reason.
All services and pricing are subject to change without notice. I will do my best to keep my clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.
When you arrive, if our suite door is closed, please have a seat by the fireplace. We will come out to get you for your appointment.
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time. If arriving more than 10 minutes after your scheduled time you will be considered a No-Show and need to reschedule with a new deposit.
Each special or promotion has specific policies on whether they can be combined or if gift cards are allowed as a form of payment. Please pay attention to each special or promotions policies.
We put so much time, effort, and product into every service. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with the service you received, you must contact u within a week of your appointment. I am more than willing to make it right! I will not do cash refunds, only in house credit and make sure the issue is resolved.
I ask that you please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. Bring just your phone, keys, and form of payment in with you. We not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items.
Forms will now be required prior to any services. All forms must be completed and submitted prior to appointment time. These forms help me to ensure you receive the best services and ensures my policies are agreed upon by all.
